Our input starts at the very conception of the Housing or Commercial Development. We engineer design solutions to traffic, parking, highways and drainage issues. Subsequently, we produce drawings to required design standards, which may then form the basis of a Section 278 and/or 38 agreement.

undertaking assessment of the potential flooding risk and impact of proposed development projects to PPS Development & Flood Risk December 2006.

undertaking Road Safety Audits, Stages 1 through to 4, in accordance with Highway Agency procedure DMRB Vol 5, HD 19/03.

required with most planning applications, our broad experience can integrate innovative sustainable measures such as the CityCarClub initiative.

After the successful award of Planning Permission for the development, we would discharge the planning conditions, producing detailed engineering drawings for the Section 278 and/or 38 agreement.

detailed design drawings and specifications for development infrastructure, including estate roads, surface and foul water drainage and utility services.

successfully undertaking Major Highway Improvements, including rail bridges and culverts.

inc. capacity checks, connection and diversion approvals, soakaway design, attenuation tank calculations and design.

developing the optimum drainage solutions, balancing storage and discharge of surface water within the constraints of the Environment Agency.

for each of the above design projects we would prepare specifications and drawings, a list of suitable contractors and invite tenders.

following appointment of the successful contractor we would provide contract administration, inspection of completed works and project management services.

throughout the procurement process we would coordinate service systems and diversions within the overall construction works.
